    BMR crews the gear it rents. Tell us the roles you need and we build the team around this package — tested kit and the people who run it, from one supplier.

    Crew rates depend on shoot length, location and call time — ask us for a crew quote.

    What happens after you submit

    1. You send the request. Nothing is charged and nothing is booked yet.
    2. We check availability against the calendar and confirm the gear and crew are free on your dates.
    3. We send a quotation with the full breakdown — equipment, crew and any surcharges.
    4. You approve and pay the deposit, and only then are your dates held. Terms

    Costs to plan for

    • A BMR caretaker / crew is required on every rental and is quoted separately.
    • A rental day is 16 hours from the agreed call time or pick-up; a crew day is 12 hours.
    • Overtime is 10% of the daily rate per commenced hour.
    • Outside Metro Manila adds a 15% surcharge.
    • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before — deposit refunded in full. Refund policy
